Developing a collaborative learning agenda on policy labs for the Jacobs Foundation

HTT leads on the Communications and Uptake for the evaluation of the global Gender Responsive Social Protection Evaluation (GRSP) programme (2020-2023). The Communicate and Uptake plan is a key element of the evaluation.

Additionally, and given HTT's strong expertise in research uptake and policy influencing, HTT will provide:

technical advice to the evaluation team on these elements

develop a dashboard to support the evaluation of the programme.

The GRSP programme will provide research and evidence, technical advisory services, capacity strengthening, and knowledge exchange and learning, to strengthen gender-responsiveness of social protection programme, systems and policies both for FCDO programme (including reach to partner governments and development partners in country), UNICEF and World Bank operations, with additional emphasis on knowledge exchange and learning across the programme and the sector.
